May 2 - The Earth aligns with the Jupiter Chiron midpoint making this a better day than most for activities in the public eye or solidifying key relationships.

May 5 - 6 - Several factors make this a poor time to act on impulse so it is best to avoid initiating anything new. There are many other better days ahead.

May 17 - 22 - These could be the best days to launch something new as the Earth hooks up with Chiron for public popularity or romantic fascination and Jupiter forms a trine with Earth for success. A Grand Trine of Earth, Jupiter, and Neptune makes this a super success time.

May 25 - The Sun trine Pluto makes this good day to launch financial plans if your chart experiences Golden transits, and no negative financial transits.Hard work and self discipline, however, must be part of the equation due to other planetary conditions.

May 28 - 30 - The Sun parallel Jupiter puts a positive spin on any new enterprise. If your personal chart agrees you might make some romantic dreams come true.

Spring is the time for adorable foals

It is Kentucky Derby time! The first Saturday of May is when horses show up in Louisville, Kentucky to run for the roses.

UNTOLD: The Shooting at Hawthorne Hill is now airing on Netflix. It is a so-so documentary about the tangled web of circumstances that led a past Olympic equestrian and horse trainer to shoot one of his boarders. The boarder survived the shooting and the trainer was found not guilty due to temporary insanity. The premise of the defense was that the woman who was a student and boarding her horses at his facility had driven him insane by persecuting him in online forums and placing listening devices on his own property. Take a look at the charts and get details not revealed in the documentary.

FRAUD

Have you noticed that FRAUD has been big headline news in the past several months? Emerging lawsuits have revealed the misuse of Covid, Medicare, and FEMA funds, while child care "Learing Centers" have apparently received government funding under false pretenses and the Nick Shirley video of a chain of fake hospice facilities in California released on March 17 has lit up the internet.

This fraud has been going on for years, and there were over 60 Minnesota welfare fraud convictions in late 2025. But now we are possibly more conscious of the sheer scope of the scams eating up tax dollars.

If you want a planet associated with corruption and fraud you may want to look at Sedna. And if you want to find the astrological signature of mass awareness you could look at the Moon's North Node.

The North Node has been running contraparallel Sedna since January and reached exactitude on April 30.

Fraud of course will continue to be exposed even if it is not at the forefront of our group consciousness, but perhaps the conjunction of Uranus and Sedna exact on May 24 will trigger some reformations, changes, and shakeups. One could even say that Uranus approaching Sedna over the past several months has allowed the publicity about fraud to become a key issue, demanding action.

Here's something to think about: Tradition says that you should end projects in the dark of the Moon, just before the New Moon. Start paying off loans just before the New Moon, too, or while the Moon is decreasing in light to make the bill easier to pay. If the Moon is increasing in light the bill could become more expensive. Why not try it?
